Focusing on sexual health – this was a guiding principle when implementing the test²multiply project at the beginning of 2018 and it still is.

More than five years have now passed since we held our first evening of low-threshold advice and STI testing in Aachen. More than 1,200 consultations and rapid tests for HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis have now been carried out as part of the project and the project has become an integral part of queer life in Aachen.

Together with you, we want to take stock of the past, but above all look to the future. How can we help HIV-positive people to be diagnosed early and prevent advanced immunodeficiency and the transmission of the virus to other people? What role does hepatitis C play in the city region, especially in a queer context? Is there an increasing trend in syphilis? Are there populations that are difficult to reach?

We have put together a varied program for you to discuss these and other questions relating to sexual health with you and would be delighted if you would use the evening for a personal exchange with us!
